How long will it take?
Average delivery time
is about one hour. Delivery times may run longer during
peak hours. For larger orders, 24
hours advance notice is recommended.
How will my food be transported?
Your food will be transported
in specially designed thermal-insulated catering bags.
These professional bags are custom-made by our manufacturer
in Indiana.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards
must be present for imprint upon delivery. We only accept
checks from businesses. For business charge accounts,
see Corporate Accounts.
How much will it cost?
Our delivery fee starts
at just $6.25
per restaurant for most of Reno and Sparks.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum food order per restaurant is $15.00.
Which restaurants can I order
from?
You may order from any
restaurant on our menu page.
We do not deliver food from any other restaurants except
these.
How much should I tip my driver?
Your driver takes great
care in ensuring your order arrives accurately and on-time.
They use their own vehicle, gasoline and equipment.
Most customers tip the same as they would a waiter in
a restaurant--from 15%
to 20%. For orders exceeding $50
an automatic gratuity of 12%
is applied.
What is the convenience fee?
Because their are administrative
and processing costs associated with credit card payments,
we offer those customers paying by cash a 4.99% discount--the
amount it costs us to process credit card payments.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been confirmed with the
restaurant by Delivery Diner and the food is in preparation,
orders may NOT be cancelled.
Can I change my order?
If the driver has not yet left the restaurant
and it will not take an inordinant amount of time, it
is possible to make changes.
